Returns
We want you to love your new handbag. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return process.
14-Day Return Window
You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with all tags attached. Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
Please note that the customer is responsible for paying all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item until it is delivered to our facility.
How to Initiate a Return
To begin the return process, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Your return must be physically shipped to the following address:

Please write your RMA number clearly on the outside of the package. Returns sent without an RMA number may experience significant processing delays or may be rejected.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected at our facility, we will send you an email notification to confirm receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Refund Processing Time
If your return is approved, please allow at least 14 business days for the refund to be processed and for the funds to appear in your original method of payment. The exact timing can depend on your bank or credit card issuer.
Deductions
The original shipping charges paid for the delivery of your order are non-refundable. As stated above, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your total refund amount, or if you used your own shipping method, you will be responsible for that cost directly.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after the 14-day processing period has passed, please first check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. PayPal Refunds
For customers who paid via PayPal, we adhere to the standard processing times mentioned above (at least 14 days). However, in compliance with PayPal’s policies and legal requirements in certain jurisdictions, buyers may have up to 30 days to dispute a transaction or request a refund directly through PayPal’s Resolution Center. We will fully cooperate with PayPal to resolve any disputes in accordance with their policies and applicable law.
